Human Rights Alert - NGO page counter
Our right to access public records, our Liberty and our fundamental Human Rights are all connected at the hips!

Why was this blog created?

All further in-house efforts to further justice in the US justice system are futile. These efforts are only worthwhile to the degree that they provide additional documentation of the widespread corruption of the US justice system.

Our focus must be on the international community.

In November 2010 the United Nations will review for the first time ever the Human Rights record of the United States. Corruption of the justice system was the core of reports filed by Human Rights Alert and others for the April 2010 deadline.

In August 2010 the US State Department is scheduled to respond on the reports, and in November 2010 the UN will conduct the review session and issue the report, and set goals, which the US would be asked to reach between 2010 and the next scheduled review in 2014.

Between now and November 2010, we must focus on informing and lobbying the nations that sit on the review panel, to ensure that the most effective report is issued.

This blog was created in hope that the German Federal Government would support a UN UPR report that calls upon the US federal government to provide equal protection under the law to all who reside in the United States.

Please call or write your elected representatives and ask that the German Government support in November 2010 the issuance of a UPR report by the United Nations, which calls upon the US government to abide by its duties and responsibilities pursuant to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights – ratified international law.

Bitte rufen Sie an oder schreiben Sie Ihrem gewählten Vertreter. Fragen Sie, ob die deutsche Regierung im November 2010 die Ausstellung eines UPR Bericht der Vereinten Nationen unterstuetzt.

RICHARD FINE was arrested on March 4, 2009 and is held since then in solitary confinement in Twin Tower Jail in Los Angeles, California, with no records, conforming with the fundamentals of the law, as the basis for his arrest and jailing.

Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State
Initial Responses Received from US State Department on Human Rights Alert 2010 UPR Report Alleging Widespread Corruption of the Justice System in Los Angeles County, California, and Large-scale False Imprisonments
Los Angeles, July 15 - Human Rights Alert (NGO) reported receipt of initial responses (copied below) from the US State Department as part of the first ever, 2010 review of Human Rights in the United States.  Responses by the US State Department were merely confirmations of receipt.  However, such notices stood in stark contrast with failure of the US State Department to acknowledge receipt of any communications in the past.
In April 2010 Human Rights Alert filed its UPR (Universal Periodic Review) report with the United Nations, alleging widespread corruption of the justice system in Los Angeles County, California, large-scale false imprisonments, and numerous cases of collusion by the courts and large financial institutions in alleged fraud at the courts. Moreover, the Human Rights Alert 2010 UPR report documented refusal of  the most senior US Government officers to address such conditions, affecting the 10 million residents of Los Angeles County, California.
The April 2010 Human Rights Alert UPR report was largely based on official, unofficial, and media reports.
Following the UPR protocol outlined by the United Nations, Human Rights Alert simultaneously filed its April 2010 UPR report with the US State Department.
The United Nations offices involved in the 2010 UPR process consistently and expediently responded on Human Rights Alert's communications as part of the 2010 UPR process, and also routinely provided relevant information. In contrast, the US State Department failed until its July 14, 2010 notices to even acknowledge receipt of any UPR related communications by Human Rights Alert.
Furthermore, the UPR protocol outlined by the United Nations proposed communications by stakeholder, who filed 2010 UPR reports, with the US State Department prior to the State Department's response to the United Nations, due August 2010.  Such communications are intended to facilitate an effective UPR process.
However, the US State Department to this date failed to enter any such communications with Human Rights Alert regarding the Human Rights Alert 2010 UPR report.
In its July 15, 2010 follow up letter, addressed to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (copied below), Human Rights Alert expressed its hope that the initial responses, recently received, would signal the initiation of discussion with the US State Department regarding Human Rights conditions in Los Angeles County, California, which were stated by a highly regarded expert, Erwin Chemerinsky - Founding Dean of the University of California Irvine Law School, as "conduct associated with the most repressive dictators and police states."Human Rights Alert also routinely copies its UPR communications with the US State Department to the US Congress Judiciary Committees and to the Honorable Dianne Feinstein, Senator from California, who proved over the years a staunch advocate of equal protection under the law for all residents of the State of California.

Hillary Clinton
Secretary of State
United States
By email:

Dear Secretary of State Clinton:
RE: Human Rights Alert (NGO) - Report filed with the United Nations as part of the 2010 UPR of the United States
Thank you for the July 14, 2010 confirmations of receipt by the US State Department (copied below)  of messages forwarded by Human Rights Alert (NGO) as part of the 2010 UPR (Universal Periodic Review) of Human Rights in the United States.  Human Rights Alert hopes that such responses by your office would signal the initiation of effective communications as part of the first ever, 2010 UPR of the United States.

In April 2010 Human Rights Alert filed its UPR report with the United Nations (linked below). The  United Nations UPR office and other United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights personnel confirmed receipt of the Human Rights Alert report on the very same day that it was filed.  The same United Nations offices also provided information both before and after the submission of the UPR report regarding the UPR protocol.

In April 2010 Human Rights Alert (NGO) also filed the report with the US State Department, as part of the guidelines of the UPR protocol provided by the United Nations.  However, to this date, the US State Department failed to confirm receipt of the Human Rights Alert UPR report.

Therefore, I would be grateful if your office could confirm receipt of instant message, in lieu of the missing confirmations of receipt of the April 2010 Human Rights Alert UPR report.

Additionally, numerous message were forwarded to your office, requesting to discuss the April 2010 Human Rights Alert UPR report, following the outline of the UPR protocol suggested by the United Nations.  Through such discussion, your office may point out inaccuracies in the Human Rights Alert report, so that they may be corrected.  Your office may also point out erroneous statements, so that they may be retracted.  Otherwise, your office may provide information regarding ways that the alleged serious violations of Human Rights, documented in the report, have already been addressed by the US  government. In short, such discussion prior to the August 2010 deadline for response by the US State Department to the United Nations would facilitate an effective 2010 UPR process.

Therefore, I would be grateful if your good offices would offer any comments on the April 2010 Human Rights Alert UPR report, which alleged serious violations of Human Rights in Los Angeles County, California, through widespread corruption of the justice system and large-scale false imprisonments, which were documented in official, unofficial, and media reports (highlights provided below) for over a decade, and which the US government has so far consistently refused to address.

Truly,
[]
